Hi there, my name is Misty. I am the founder and guide for My Muse’s Artist (MMA). I am pleased to welcome you to the creative process of Guided Artful Meditation. I created simple, effortless experiences that I use myself and now am sharing with you.
Guided Artful Meditation is a practice of relaxing the mind and body so the imagination can experience the natural senses through intuition, curiosity, and playful observation of color, form, texture, and light.
